Skills
• In close coordination with the CIS capability Service Delivery manager, CSI Engineers and developers, the Contractor shall perform the following activities:
• Design and configure virtualisation environment for NNGEM application.
• Configure and integrate NNGEM application with NATO Identity Management system.
• Provide support for developers for Red Hat UBI and application components in application of NCIA security guidelines.
• Development and implementation of centralized backup/restore procedures for containerised application.
• Configuration and deployment of monitoring solution for managed applications.
• Create technical procedures (SOP - Standard Operating Procedures) and instruction (SOI - Standard Operating Instructions) for administrative activities and maintenance tasks.
• Execute on-the-job training sessions according to approved training package.
• Deploy, according to installation manual, NUCOM/NNGEM application for each site.
• Deploy NUCOM/NNGEM updates according to provided schedule (3 updates a year – one update every four months),
• Manage issues registered by users:
• Resolve incidents up to Level 2 support expertise,
• Escalate incident if needed to Level 3 support.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on:
• Hardening procedures (Security Guidelines),
• Identity management procedures, Backup/restore procedures, NNGEM installation manual.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of computers and communication security, networking, and the vulnerabilities of modern operating systems and applications.
• At least 2 years practical experience of implementation, maintenance and support of ICT end systems within a large organization.
• Extensive experience configuring hardware and software.
• A strong understanding of ICT systems and the ability to work independently to solve problems.
• Practical experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to end-users.
